The Benefits of Digital
The benefits of digital scrapbooking are numerous. I truly believe that it far surpasses traditional paper scrapbooking.
- Since everything is done digitally, mistakes can be easily fixed. There's no more waste of papers or other materials. If you make a mistake, you can easily undo it!
- Ditto with photos. You never have to worry about ruining a photo by cropping it too close or incorrectly. The programs used for digital scrapbooking allow you to make a copy of your photo with just a few clicks, so if something goes wrong you can undo it or go back to your original photo file.
- There is NO waste with digital scrapping! No more paper pieces fluttering around, no bits of ribbon too small for any other use. There's no trash being thrown away, which makes digital scrapbooking the "Green" choice!
- You save tons of money because everything is reusable! To get a double page spread, you don't need to buy duplicates of all your papers and elements...you just use the same file over again! This is really great if you want to make an entire album with matching papers and elements. What a money saver!
- You don't have to worry about adhesives giving way over time and falling off, or about adding too many elements that make the page too heavy. With digital prints, there is nothing that falls off, nothing that peels.
